Protest begins

The protest called jointly by the CITU, the Karshaka Sangham and the All India Agricultural Workers Union against the Modi government's anti-worker and anti-farmer policies has begun in front of the AG's office in Thiruvananthapuram.

CITU state general secretary Com. Elamaram Kareem, agricultural workers' union state president Com. M V Govindan Master, Karshaka Sangham national vice president Com. S Ramachandran Pillai and CITU state secretary Com. V Sivankutty are taking part in the protest.
