Why do the Congress and the Muslim League not utter a word about the hawala case?

The Kodakara black money case has created a big controversy in Kerala today. The money is believed to have been brought for the BJP during the election. Police have already questioned many BJP leaders, and the investigation is continuing.

Why do the Congress and the Muslim League not utter a word on this controversial issue? Isn't it a stand of saying nothing the BJP would not like?
