ASHA Workers Federation (CITU) observes Rights Day

The Kerala State ASHA Workers Federation (CITU) observed Rights Day today, raising various slogans, including: regularise ASHA workers as workers; and ensure minimum wages, security and insurance for ASHA workers.

Federation state general secretary Com. L Geetha inaugurated the workers' march to the Kollam DMO office, and CITU state secretary Com. V C Karthyayani inaugurated the protest march organised in Palakkad district.
