Capitalism has shown its true colours: Tapan Sen
Capitalism has shown its true colours. In the middle of the corona pandemic,
with the help of the central government, it is trying to make maximum profit by selling the workers' labour.
The association of South Indian employers has put its demands before the government: 12 hours of work in place of the present 8, no revision of dearness allowance, and exemption even from the minimum penalties for violating labour laws.
At the same time, the central government is busy turning the labour laws into codes in the employers' favour, as the employers direct.
This unholy alliance of capital and the central government is carrying out daylight robbery.
All labour laws are being rewritten so that capital can kick them around as it pleases. Things have reached a point where every violation of labour law is being made legal.
The enemy of the working class is the enemy of the people too.
Expose this ruthless gamble by the ruling class and the monopolies.
Workers, unite and fight.
