Gathering to declare the people's struggle over BPCL

CITU state general secretary Com. Elamaram Kareem MP inaugurated the gathering declaring the people's struggle being launched under the leadership of the Refinery Protection Committee against the sale of the BPCL Kochi Refinery.

The Refinery Protection Committee has decided to build people's resistance with mass support in Ernakulam district against the sale of Bharat Petroleum, a Maharatna central public sector undertaking. Leaders of various trade unions and political parties took part in the gathering held in Ernakulam today.
