Protest demonstrations and dharnas against the Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill

Large protests were raised across the state under the leadership of the CITU against the Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, which the Union finance minister introduced in Parliament the other day to destroy the cooperative sector.

The Kerala Co-operative Employees Union (CITU) held protest demonstrations and dharnas at various centres in the state yesterday.
