Salute to the farmers who fought and won against the Modi government's policies: CITU state secretariat

Modi has had to bow before the heroic struggle the farmers waged. The farmers' struggle began with the demand to withdraw the laws surrendering Indian agriculture to corporates. The farmers' struggle committee has also demanded the withdrawal of the Electricity (Amendment) Bill. The Indian working class supported the farmers' struggle. The struggle the farmers waged, ignoring all repression and threats, made the central government correct its stand.

The CITU state secretariat salutes the farmers who fought and won against the Modi government's policies of surrendering the nation's wealth to corporates.
