Secretariat march organised by the ASHA Workers Federation (CITU)

CITU state president Com. Anathalavattam Anandan inaugurated the Secretariat march organised by the Kerala State ASHA Workers Federation (CITU), raising various demands.

The Kerala State ASHA Workers Federation (CITU) held marches and dharnas today at the Secretariat and at district centres with demands including: raise the honorarium; provide mobile tablets for the Shaili app survey; pay decent wages for the survey; withdraw the unjust transfers of ASHAs between wards and their dismissals; and stop demanding photocopies for wage payments.

CITU state secretary Com. K N Gopinath and Federation general secretary and CITU state secretary Com. P P Prema were among those who spoke at the march to the Secretariat.
