Under working-class rule, social responsibility comes first: Xi Jinping

Our great strength is the socialist system, which makes it possible to mobilise all resources to achieve an important goal. China's GDP is less than 20 per cent of America's per capita income. Yet China was able to contain the spread of Covid to just 0.01 of its population. This shows that, in the final analysis, what matters most is who controls the state and what class rule is in place.

While under bourgeois-capitalist rule the driving force is the profit index, under working-class rule priority is given to social responsibility.
